She strives to create a warm, collaborative therapeutic environment that is grounded in research and responsive to each client’s unique strengths and goals.
Her research focuses on identifying risk and resilience pathways that contribute to the development and maintenance of internalizing symptoms in children and adolescents, with a particular interest in how these mechanisms can inform prevention and intervention. Her work has been presented at international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to her clinical and research pursuits, Caroline is dedicated to community education and improving access to evidence-based care.
