Chris Gathman

CLIENT LIAISON & DIRECTOR OF ACADEMIC SERVICES

Chris Gathman is the Client Liaison and the Director of the Academic Services at BCSC. Since 2021, Chris has worked with BCSC’s clients to help guide them along their academic journey. Subject tutoring, executive function skills coaching and academic planning are done in our academic centers or virtually. He works closely with the academic center staff and our students to help them achieve their academic goals.

Chris is very passionate about education. He completed his undergraduate degree at University of Vermont, where he was a Division I tennis player. He also holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Florida State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College.
 
Prior to his work at BCSC, Chris was the Associate Director of Academic Partnerships at Signet Education. In that role, he managed school relationships in Boston and the surrounding areas. He also created a network of professional support providers and assisted with the day to day client referral process.
 
Chris works in collaboration with BCSC’s other program directors and clinicians to advance BCSC’s mission to improve the lives of children, adolescents, young adults, and families, regardless of income, through innovative evidence-based treatment, training, and research in cognitive behavioral interventions.
